SHIPPING POLICY
Currently only Southeast Queensland delivery can be arranged by negotiation. Australia-wide shipping is coming soon! 
RETURNS POLICY
Disclaimer: Once you received the product, we recommend you to have it assembled correctly by professionals in mechanic and the regular service/maintenance must be done in appropriate intervals to ensure all parts and functions are calibrated correctly. Ehiro do not cover any damage or loss due to inappropriate assembly, adjustment and maintenance.

You can return the product back to us in unused condition within 14 days since your purchase. The return is basically for an product exchange or a full refund excluding shipping cost. Please note that the 14 days money back guarantee only applies to electric bikes and electric scooters and it does not apply to parts and accessories, including but not limited to batteries and controllers.

1. In order to organize a return under these terms and conditions, you must lodge a return request to Ehiro Technology by email within 14 days since your payment. Once lodged, we will investigate your issues and advise you whether your product may be returned and, where required, provide you the instructions on how to return your goods, with which you must comply.

2. To qualify to return an item under this policy, products must be in their original package, along with all included accessories. The product must be in acceptable condition for resale. For example, if the product was used and comeswith signs of wear and tear, including dirts on the parts, the return request can’t be accepted.

3. The 14 day period which you are eligible to make a return under this policy commences on the date that you make the payment. Where there is no proof of payment, this date will be assumed to be the same as the issue date of invoice or receipt.

 

4. The product must be returned to Ehiro Technology within 10 business days once you lodged the return request.

5. Once the product has been received we will either inspect your goods or investigate any claimed defect or, where we believe it is applicable, provide a remedy in relation to your goods. If we do not believe a remedy is applicable upon inspecting your goods (for example, where we believe the goods have been misused, or there was a failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions, used it in an abnormal way or there has been a failure to take reasonable care), we will reject your claim and return your goods to you. You must cover the cost of return shipping in order to receive goods we have rejected on inspection, and we will provide you with instructions on how to make this payment.​

6. Ehiro Technology reserves the rights to make changes to this Returns Policy without notification.

7. The 14 days money back guarantee is only valid for the original product. If you bought the original product, changed your mind and want to exchange it for another product, then the second product you picked cannot be returned or exchanged because there is no second chance for you to change your mind.

8. You are responsible to return the product at your own cost and we do not cover any loss if the product is damaged or lost in transit. We recommend you to buy insurance from couriers company. If you are shipping an item valuing over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service .

9. More conveniently, you can bring the return product to our workshop-store site directly. The return product have to be in the same condition in Section 2. for resale reasons. The return product should be accompanied with the original document of the purchase receipts and invoice.

More Details

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees provided for by statute under the Australian Consumer Law.

All refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Other than in accordance with the Returns Policy, refunds are strictly limited to those available under clauses implied by statute.

The customer must comply with directions provided by Ehiro staff to process the return.

We do not accept gift product return due to change of mind.

Returned products, under the Returns Policy must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, and must be in a re-saleable condition. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this clause limits or restricts your ability to make a claim that may be available to you for failure to comply with a guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law. 

If you are approved for a refund, after the refund was processed, a credit will be given back to your Original Payment Account, or in the same way of your original payment.
