Warranty Policy

Disclaimer: Once you received the product, we recommend you to have it assembled correctly by professionals in mechanic and the regular service/maintenance must be done in appropriate intervals to ensure all parts and functions are calibrated correctly. Ehiro do not cover any damage or loss due to inappropriate assembly, adjustment and maintenance.
E-Scooters Warranty Policy

Our E-Scooters are all covered by the limited 1 year warranty. And the warranty is only valid for the original owner of the product.

The limited 1 year warranty includes:

12 month warranty to the factory defect of the main body including Handlebar/Deck/Fork/Motor, and factory defect of Charger and Control Panel.

6 months warranty to the malfunction of the battery, but the warranty does not cover the deterioration of battery performance.

Plastic Decorative Cover, Handlebar, Tyres, Brake pads/cables and Wheels are not covered under any warranty.

Warranty claims are excluded in the cases of:

  • Excessive environment influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)

  • Minor scratches, marks or imperfections which do not significantly impact the performance and safety of the product

  • Damage due to external causes including negligent use, damage through malice, incorrect use and tampering with the battery pack and damage by accidents

  • Any sign of water ingress into any part of the scooter

  • The tamper-proof seal in the control panel is broken

  • Poor maintenance and any modifications to the product or components

  • Normal wear and tear

Ebikes Warranty Policy

Our Ebikes are all covered by the limited 20 month warranty. And the warranty is only valid for the original owner of the product.

The limited 20 month warranty includes:

20 month warranty to the factory defect of the body frame including Handlebar/Frame/Fork. Stem and headset are not classified as any parts of body frame in this section.

10 months warranty to the malfunction of the battery, charger and controller but the warranty does not cover the deterioration of battery performance.

Decorative Cover, Tyres, Brake pads/cables Spokes and Wheels are not covered under any warranty.

Warranty claims are excluded in the cases of:

  • Excessive environment influences (humidity, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
